Stress is actually good for your body when you have it in small amounts. Our body needs cortisol (also known as the “stress hormone”, which is produced in the adrenal cortex, which is part of the adrenal gland), in order to increase our level of intelligence and memory to improve our content. It also makes us stronger in terms of characters. However, chronic stress is another story. This weakens our immune system ultimately makes us more vulnerable to physical disease and even mental fatigue and emotional distress.

Cortisol is usually released when you experience life-threatening situations such as dangerous situations and experiences of death. However, as we live our lives today are constantly bombarded with various stimuli and stress, physiological facts; we often do not react as if we are in great danger. This triggers the release of cortisol, our adrenal glands. These stress hormones inhibit the growth of new neurons in the hippocampus, thus preventing proper storage of new memories in our minds for a long-term room.

There are recent studies that provide evidence that allow themselves vulnerable to chronic stress can indirectly cause the death of our cells. What really happened, we just tend to react so strongly our own thoughts, fears, concerns and opinions. What we do not know that this sign with us for several hours at a time and getting worse as we get more than the negative things in our heads. When all seems very chaotic, we must learn to stop, Let Go, think positive and move on.

If not, we risk allowing our brains to reduce the ability to conduct strategic creative problem-solving. Then this result will reduce the overall level of brain function. Better to save yourself all these problems and begin to reduce your stress, always look on the bright side of every situation, ignoring the self-negative feedback and thoughts, and feel good. This can be difficult at first to see how our brains become negative about life, but it can be done.

Conversely, there are some talented people with a positive temperament and great prospects in life. However, there are many more that cannot face daily life and finally gave up the battle on depression and mental illness. People who lower themselves, let ourselves hit by harmful chemicals produced by the body during stressful situations. If the situation becomes unbearable, and lasts for a long period of time, hypnosis and Brainwave systems may offer a specific solution. They not only improve how you think about themselves, they also will improve your brain power.
