Finding Your Goals to Good Health

As individuals, we have our own goals to define and use as a guide. Goals are goals and may (should) be changed if circumstances change. We are our focus for a particular weight or exercise. Maybe it was related to exercise, run a marathon or triathlon, swim in the race or the goal may be out as rock climbing, skydiving or paragliding.

What I always helped me with my goals in good health is to find something I want to teach. For example, every year I walked 39 km for breast cancer. This requires a lot of training, but I like it because it gives me a goal to get in better shape. I watch my diet and making small changes. I scheduled my heartbeat in my calendar. It makes me motivated. Now, this is “once a year” for me and my colleagues. Every year I try to aim and God willing I can do to hit. But I think that has a higher purpose, more than you can imagine. What I mean? What do you want to accomplish, and you can increase by 10%? They are very tough 39 miles, and within two days as combining a half marathon! I’m tired and beaten all the way to the course … and yes, there am no currently allowed. I have time to finish, but I wanted (to beat me is that competition). How do I stretch my goals? I like a little faster each mile walked, put me in a rhythm early, can be done.

Achieving good health and living a healthy lifestyle is not difficult to do. Set goals and remain front and center. You find yourself doing better than you think and could be higher than ever achieved.
